How to make 'Kodari Gangjeong'
I made good pollack gangjeong for snacks and side dishes. Unlike chicken gangjeong, I like chewy and light taste.

  • potato starch

  • red pepper paste
  • Ketchup
  • Oyster sauce

  • Cream sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I washed the bridge of the nose clean, spread it to the middle bone, and cut it into small pieces.
STEP 2/9
Add garlic, sesame oil, pepper, ginger juice, and rice wine to season the trimmed pollack.
STEP 3/9
Mix eggs and starch in a bowl and make fried dough.
STEP 4/9
Add seasoned pollack to dough.
STEP 5/9
Add grape seed oil, preheat to 180 degrees, then fry the coated pollack.

Place in a kitchen towel to remove the grease.

Put red pepper paste, tomato ketchup, oyster sauce, nuts, cream sauce, starch syrup in a concave pan and boil it

Add the fried pollack
