  • Black bean powder

  • Ketchup

  • Oyster sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, soak the tteokbokki rice cake in water.
STEP 2/6
And I prepare vegetables. You can prepare the vegetables in the refrigerator for the jajang tteokbokki.
STEP 3/6
Cut the square fishcake into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/6
Grease the pan and stir-fry the vegetables first, then pour in the rice cake and 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. If the rice cake is slightly cooked after boiling, add fish cakes and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/6
Then, add 3T of jajang powder and green onion
STEP 6/6
I added 1T of ketchup and 1T of oyster sauce for my eyes
For adults, it's good to add 1/2T of red pepper paste and oligosaccharide instead of ketchup and oyster sauce.
