STEP 1/10
Put cooking oil on a heated frying pan
Grill the pork cutlet as if it were fried
It doesn't matter if it's undercooked
I'm going to add the sauce and boil it for you anyway
You can cook it crispy on the outside
STEP 2/10
Cut it into bite-size pieces
STEP 3/10
To put all the ingredients on top of the rice
I need to use a small frying pan
I didn't have it, so I used the big oneHaha
Add onion, green onion and 1/2 cup water without oil
Boil it over medium heat
STEP 4/10
Whilst it is boiling, beat an egg and prepare it
Don't mix it perfectly. Just mix it in half
I'm going all over the place. Squeak! Take it!
STEP 5/10
When the water starts to boil, add 1/2 cup of tsuyu
STEP 6/10
Add the pork cutlet and simmer gently
STEP 7/10
Prepare a bowl of rice
I need to prepare a bigger bowl
Just like the shape of the pork cutlet
I can make it look good!
STEP 8/10
There's a proper amount of soup left
If the pork cutlet is cooked well
Add the egg mixture
STEP 9/10
Put it on top of the rice and it's done!
The parsley powder on top is also
I sprayed it^^
STEP 10/10
As the Jongwon Baek said
It's really good. It's good
A piece of pork cutlet goes on top of course
It's a lot
I couldn't finish a bowl
It tastes like katsudon from a Japanese ramen restaurant
It's the same! It's the same
Cups are based on paper cups!
Tzuyu (Japanese food sauce)
I was told to add 1/2 cup, but I think it's too salty
So I added two bowls of rice
It depends on your taste
I think 1/3 cup of tsuyu would be better!^^
