Cooking Steps

Chop the shrimps and grind them in a blender.

I only used the body of the squid. Wash thoroughly under running water, peel and grind in a blender. If you take off the skin of the squid with a kitchen towel, it will peel off easily.

Prepare the remaining dried pollack by grinding it in a blender.

Chop broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, onions, carrots, and tricolored paprika and place in a mixing bowl. You can prepare vegetables that you have at home.

Put the ground shrimp, squid, and frozen pollack in a blender and add 5 spoons of starch, a little salt, pepper, a teaspoon of minced garlic, and finally, chop up the perilla leaves.

Knead the ingredients so that they mix well.

It's delicious even if it's fried, but I decided to bake it in the oven. Shape using round crab teaspoon, lightly apply olive oil over dough and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
