STEP 1/9
Cut the olives and tomatoes in half, and slice the garlic. Slice raw peppers and chop dried peppers.

Sprinkle the mackerel inside and outside with salt and pepper and cut it diagonally..

Add plenty of olive oil and add garlic, peppers and capers.

Add anchovies, too. (You can chop it and put it in, but if you stir-fry it, it'll break anyway, so I just put it in.)

Add olives and oregano and stir-fry.

Place tomatoes with cut side facing down...

Add 3 ladles of hot water or broth, and roughly open the parsley and throw it in (I added more than 100ml). I made a lot of soup to eat pasta with) Season it with salt, please.

Add mackerel and cook with lid on for 4-5 minutes.
STEP 9/9
Open the lid again, turn it upside down, cook it for another minute, cover it with olive oil slightly, add scent, and transfer it to a bowl.
