  • Tofu

  • Sesame oil

  • crushed garlic

  • Oyster sauce

  • Water
    100ml
  • potato starch

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash vegetables clean and chop them into pieces bok choy, zucchini, paprika, carrot, button mushroom
STEP 2/6
Cut tofu into small pieces to make it easy to eat, put sesame oil in a pan, and fry tofu
STEP 3/6
When the tofu is kind of crumpled, add the vegetables
STEP 4/6
Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry until the sauce is evenly soaked
STEP 5/6
Add 100ml of water
STEP 6/6
When the water boils up, you have to mix the starch powder and that's it!!
