Making wheat sprout bibimbap
You like bibimbap, right? When you don't have side dishes, it's delicious if you mix it with a few herbs when you don't have an appetite. Today, we made bibimbap with flour. Wheat sprout is a young sprout of wheat, which is said to be effective for dieting because it has a lot of dietary fiber and low calories. It is also good to accompany when cooking.
