Sliced pork belly with vegetable salad
We usually make salad with beef brisket I made it using the sliced pork belly.

  • Soy sauce

  • Vinegar

  • Sesame oil

  • Garlic
    1TS
  • Sugar

  • Red pepper powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Season the pork belly with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/10
Cut the chives into 3-4cm long pieces.
STEP 3/10
Chop half of the onion, and if the spicy taste is strong, soak it in cold water to remove the spicy taste
STEP 4/10
Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and mix well.
STEP 5/10
Grill the meat seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown.
STEP 6/10
Remove the oil from the pork belly with a kitchen towel and grill it.
STEP 7/10
Sprinkle chopped chives, onions, and dressing and mix vegetables first.
STEP 8/10
On top of the vegetables, put the sliced pork belly on top
STEP 9/10
