Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Remove the intestines of the octopus and wash it clean by rubbing it with flour.
STEP 2/7
Blanch the octopus in boiling water and cut it into bite-sized pieces

Wash perilla leaves in running water and shred them.
STEP 4/7
Add seasoning ingredients, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, brewed soy sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, and sugar and mix evenly. Use sesame oil at the end.

Add the sliced octopus to the sauce and mix well until the seasoning is evenly soaked.

Grease a heated frying pan with cooking oil and stir-fry octopus mixed with seasoning. The octopus is slightly blanched, so you can stir-fry it lightly. If you stir-fry octopus for a long time, the texture becomes tough, so it's not good.
STEP 7/7
Stir-fry perilla leaves, sprinkle sesame oil, mix well, and remove from the heat
