I prepared sticky rice by soaking it in advance. I prepared milk vetch root, whole garlic, and bay leaf. If you don't have any requirements, you can take them out. Please make sure to add whole garlic.

First, cut the chicken into pieces! And it's easy to make samgyetang if you put a cut on the leg. Put the soaked glutinous rice and whole garlic in the chicken and twist it into the cut on the leg side.

I put water, milk vetch root, whole garlic, and bay leaf in a pressure cooker. Add the chicken, please.

Always fill the pressure cooker up to 80%~ And make sure to close it after checking if there is any additional blockage.

When the lid is closed and it starts to turn over high heat, lower it to medium heat and boil it for about 25 minutes. I put glutinous rice in the chicken, so I need to boil this much to cook glutinous rice well.

You can just put the finished samgyetang in a bowl, but I like to eat it hot, so I put one in a pot and boiled it again.

When it boils, add chives and green onions and boil it again.
