Fish cake pancake with vegetables
I was cleaning up the fridge over the weekend, and I thought I should get rid of some vegetables... There are delicious fish cakes, so I made fish cake vegetable pancakes.. The fish cake itself was filled with seafood, so the chewy taste and texture were very good.. If you make it with regular fish cake, I think it would be good to make it with squid or shrimp meat..

I didn't season it separately, but I just sprinkled a little pepper..

Just fry it in an oiled pan and it's done.
