STEP 1/10
Wash black beans twice and soak for more than 5 hours!
STEP 2/10
Boil the soaked beans, but you can't boil them for too long, so don't leave your seat when it boils up with bubbles Remove the foam, try it in the middle, and turn off the heat when it's cooked! It's starting to boil. I think it's been boiled for about 6 to 7 minutes. I recommend you to try it because how much it's boiled, and the speed of the beans may vary depending on the condition of the beans!
STEP 3/10
Put half a cup of boiled black beans and a cup of nuts and water and grind them in a blender You don't have to catch too many sheep. Add only enough beans to grind, then strain them through a sieve, add water to the ingredients, grind them again, and filter them out! It's savory if you put all the filtered grains in the cold bean noodles together. If you like clear bean soup, you can filter it out perfectly. Then add the rest of the nuts and grind them again.
STEP 4/10
And then boil the noodles for cold bean noodles. Put plenty of water in a pot for noodles and boil it! When the water boils, add a tablespoon of coarse salt.
STEP 5/10
Put a handful of noodles in boiling water with salt! I measured a handful for one person, so please put it according to your preference.
STEP 6/10
Add the noodles and stir it so that the bottom doesn't clump
STEP 7/10
When it boils, pour a cup of cold water! The noodles are chewy.
STEP 8/10
We go through the process of checking the condition of the noodles several times. Noodles get more chewy by repeatedly moving back and forth through cold air and hot water.
STEP 9/10
When the noodles are cooked, soak them in cold water and take them out.
STEP 10/10
Put noodles in a bowl, add plenty of bean soup, chop cucumbers, and sprinkle black sesame seeds. Add salt to taste. If you add salt, it becomes more savory.
