Chicken breast chicken quesadilla

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Sieve chicken breast and remove fat. Shred the vegetables like that and stir in the mushrooms.
STEP 2/6
Grease a heated frying pan with a little oil and stir-fry onion, green pepper, red pepper, mushroom, and ungreased chicken breast.
STEP 3/6
Add curry powder, salt and pepper and stir-fry gently to taste and cool on a plate.
STEP 4/6
Bake tortillas back and forth without oil in a heated frying pan, then lightly place pizza cheese on one side and add the stir-fried fillings.
STEP 5/6
Put the pizza cheese on top and fold it in half as shown in the picture above, and bake it brown back and forth so that the pizza cheese can melt deliciously. If you don't like baking in a pan, bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
