Cooking Steps

Cut kimchi into bite-size pieces and press it down to prepare a bowl.

Prepare a bowl of chopped green onions.

I also cut the canned ham into bite-size pieces and sent two fried eggs.

Grease the pan with oil and stir-fry the green onions over high heat until they smell. You have to do this process well to make the fried rice taste good overall. When the scent of green onion vibrates, you have to add ham and stir-fry it again, and the soy sauce flows around the pan, not the ingredients, to make it taste like fire. And add the kimchi and stir-fry it.

When it smells deliciously fried kimchi, add rice and stir-fry evenly, then add sesame oil and crushed sesame seeds. Lastly, kimchi fried rice is done with fried eggs.
