Prepare bananas, blueberries, milk, flour, eggs, butter, and sugar.

Melt the butter in a medium bath.

Mix milk, eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl.

Sift down flour flour and mix well to make dough. Add melted butter to dough and mix evenly.

Reduce the heated frying pan to low heat, apply olive oil, wipe with a kitchen towel, then add batter and fry until golden brown.

Remove the skin from the banana and slice it roundly. Place parchment paper on the cutting board and crepe on top. Spread strawberry jam and top with banana.

Put the blueberries on top.

Fold both sides.

Place banana blueberry crepes on a plate.
Please note that bananas are the sweetest and tastiest when they have black spots on their skin one by one!
