Place a bottle (150ml) of bulgaris in the yogurt maker fermentation container.

Add 750ml of milk, please.

Mix well using chopsticks and close the lid.

Pour boiling hot water into the yogurt maker container to the water line and add the milk+drinking yogurt mixture. Please store it for more than 8 hours after closing the lid.

I made it in the evening and took it out in the morning. I left it for about 10 hours. If you want to make it harder, make it cold in the refrigerator and eat it.

You can make a healthy meal replacement by eating muesli, nuts, and blueberries at home.
They prepare white milk, but low-fat milk, calcium milk, and processed milk are not fermented. The commercial drinking yogurt, which is put in place of lactobacillus species, is a good product for bulgaris.
