Braised flatfish teriyaki

Place the flounder in a heated pan and grill it back and forth until golden brown. When you grill fish, it's easy to press it if you try to flip it quickly, so you have to minimize the oil on medium-low heat, grill it slowly, and turn it over once or twice over time to cook it lightly.
