Making onion kimchi

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Peel the new onion and divide it into 1/4th order.
STEP 2/5
Pour 2L water + 2C thick salt and marinate for 2 hours If you marinate for 2 hours, the onion will soften so that you can put the filling in. When you marinate, turn the plate over and turn it upside down to prevent the onion from floating in the water.

Drain the 2-hour pickled onions and put them in a bowl.
STEP 4/5
Make sauce while marinating onions (Sauce: 4T of minced garlic, 2T of salted shrimp, 8T of fish sauce, 14T of red pepper powder, 3T of oligosaccharide, 1T of sugar) Mix all together and prepare chives and carrots.

Just mix the drained onion with the sauce and it's done.
