  • Soy sauce

  • Oyster sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, prepare the ingredients Chop enoki mushrooms, green and red bell peppers (I'm orange and red bell peppers), onions, and carrots to make them easy to eat.
STEP 2/7
Pour 1T of oil in a pan and stir-fry carrots and onions.
STEP 3/7
Add bell pepper and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/7
Add enoki mushrooms and pour the seasoning (soy sauce 1T, oyster sauce 1/2T, mirin 1T, carrot 1/4T).

If you pour in sesame oil and pepper, it's done.
