STEP 1/13
It's not smoked salmon or frozen salmon, but fresh salmon. It is a raw Norwegian salmon that can be eaten immediately without additional heating because it is refrigerated salmon for sashimi.
STEP 2/13
Slice onions thinly and soak them in cold water to remove the spicy taste of onions.
STEP 3/13
I'll make you sushi candles. Boil 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and a little salt. When it boils up
STEP 4/13
Sprinkle evenly over the rice and stir to soak the sushi vinegar into the rice.
STEP 5/13
Add 1/2 apple, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/4 onion, 1 tbsp sugar, a little lemon juice and grind in a blender.
STEP 6/13
If the blender doesn't grind well, add 1 tablespoon of water and grind it. Then I can get there easily.
STEP 7/13
This is the finished apple sauce.
STEP 8/13
Cut the salmon not too thin.
STEP 9/13
Drain the soaked onions and gently remove the water from the kitchen towel.
STEP 10/13
When the rice cools down, hold the rice with one hand, roll it, shape it round, and press it gently with the other hand's index finger to shape it.
STEP 11/13
Prepare raw wasabi. If you don't have raw wasabi, use tube wasabi, or if you have powdered wasabi, fold it in cold water. And put wasabi on the rice.
STEP 12/13
Place sliced salmon on top of wasabi and apple sauce on top.
STEP 13/13
Put sliced onions on top and capers on top.
