STEP 1/7
I bought sirloin for steak. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Put olive oil and marinate it for a while.
STEP 2/7
In the meantime, I'll make a mesh potato! I used two potatoes. It's 412g. I had to boil it and mash it, so I peeled it and cut it into cubes to cook it quickly. Put a bit of salt in the water a little bit!
STEP 3/7
Now let's put the meat in the pan and return it to the oven. I cooked it for about 15 minutes. When it's been about 9 minutes, you flip it over once
STEP 4/7
Put in the meat and come back to the mesh potato In the meantime, the potatoes will be cooked very well. Mash it when it's hot. Add half a spoon of butter and mix it together.
STEP 5/7
Add warm milk and adjust the softness. I put in a total of five spoons. It tastes better if you add Parmesan cheese powder. When I first boiled potatoes, I added salt to the water, and I didn't have to season them separately.
STEP 6/7
The steak is still in the oven. I'm making the steak sauce. 8 spoons of commercial steak sauce, 2 spoons of ketchup, 3 spoons of oligosaccharide, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of mustard, 1 spoon of butter, half an onion, and mushrooms, if you have any, please add them together!
STEP 7/7
The meat is done. Yikes. Delicious visual. Actually, it was taken out a little late and baked into medium well-done! Now, put the soft mesh potato that you made earlier in the bowl. Put the meat on top, and then put the sauce in it's done!!
We took pictures while making two at the same time, so the order of steak and Meshed Potaido is mixed. If you want to make it with me, you can follow along.
