STEP 1/4
For kimchi, squeeze the soup and chop it into small pieces,
Prepare perilla leaves by slicing them.
Chicken breast is prepared by cutting it into cubes for a good texture.
STEP 2/4
Stir-fry butter in kimchi.
When it's cooked, add chicken breast and stir-fry slightly, then add rice and stir-fry.
You can add salt if you like,
You can eat it with ketchup later.
Stir-fry the rice so that it spreads well. When it's done, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds
Mix it evenly.
STEP 3/4
Beat in eggs, oil in a heated pan, pour it all in, and beat it endlessly
Stir-fry it as you go.
STEP 4/4
Put the rice in a bowl, put the fried egg on top, and then shredded perilla leaves
If you put it on top, the chicken breast kimchi fried rice is done!
It tastes better if you make it with ripe kimchi!
