Making cool mukbap

Cooking Steps

Cut it into bite-size pieces and prepare it. There's a separate knife for cutting muk I just cut it long with a kitchen knife. About 1.5cm? It's good to cut it into bite-size pieces.

Place some rice in a bowl for mukbap. The point of mukbap is the coolness. So I put the rice in the rice bowl in advance to get rid of the steam.

Shall we prepare kimchi? Cut kimchi into small pieces and prepare it. Add sesame seeds and a tablespoon of sesame oil and sugar. It's a bit sweet, but that's my point.

Put the well-mixed kimchi on top. Should I put the rock on top now? I like rock, so I put up a lot of rock. And put some seaweed flakes on top of it with some seaweed flakes.

If you pour the broth for the supermarket, it's done. It's not that long, so I recommend you buy this and use it rather than making broth for camping.
