STEP 1/10
Chop the radish into small pieces. It's convenient to chop it with a knife.
STEP 2/10
I put the sliced radish on an ungreased frying pan and turned the sesame oil around. Even if you like sesame oil, don't add too much. Later, the color got weird.
STEP 3/10
Stir-fry the radish with the garlic until half cooked.
STEP 4/10
Pour anchovy and kelp broth until the bottom is small. If you don't want to make broth, use water and a dashi or green tea. Radish also makes water, so if you pour too much broth, it gets messy later. It would be better to pour a little less and if it's not enough later on.
STEP 5/10
Sprinkle lightly with thick salt or flavored salt.
STEP 6/10
Cover and cook thoroughly.
STEP 7/10
Chop the green onions while the radishes cook.
STEP 8/10
Add a spoonful of perilla powder when it's almost done.
STEP 9/10
Add a spoonful of chopped green onions when almost done.
STEP 10/10
When the radish is fully cooked and the soup is small, the stir-fried radish is complete.
