STEP 1/6
I'm going to make blueberry jam. First, disinfect the bottle and dry it. Mix 1/2 bag of jellypix and 1 tablespoon of sugar and mash some blueberries together.
STEP 2/6
Defrost the frozen blueberries and boil them in a pot with jellypix, sugar, and a little crushed blueberries. I crushed it with a little lump. When it starts to boil, add the rest of the sugar and simmer for another 3-5 minutes, stirring well.
You can turn it off if you drop a drop in cold water and slightly lump it. Lastly, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
STEP 3/6
Five minutes at the longest is enough While the jam is hot, place it in a jam jar, cover it and turn it upside down. When it cools completely, it would be nice to wrap it with cloth, ribbon, sticker, etc. and give it to them as a gift, right?
STEP 4/6
I'll make bread to use jam. After completing the first fermentation with a baking machine, the dough is round and ferment for about 15 minutes.
STEP 5/6
Push it with a rolling pin to form a square and spread it evenly on the mold.
STEP 6/6
Second ferment until it is doubled and top with blueberry jam and soboro. Bake it in a preheating oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes!
The amount of mammoth bread is 1818 square molds
