Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Wash back ribs in clean running water!
STEP 2/15
And put it in cold water to drain the blood If it's fresh freshly slaughtered meat, you don't even need to remove blood!
STEP 3/15
I'm going to boil back ribs I made the recipe version number one! I added green onions, pepper, bay leaves, and onions If you don't have laurel leaves, you can take them out! If you don't have pepper, you can take it out But you have doenjang at home If I don't have two, I can remove the smell if I add a spoon of soybean paste, and it's good to cut the liver on the back ribs
STEP 4/15
I'm going to put in the back ribs that got rid of the blood
STEP 5/15
And I boiled it for more than 30 minutes
STEP 6/15
In the meantime, I'm going to prepare the side! I prepared potato, sweet pumpkin, and shrimp as a side dish~ I'll clean it up and prepare it!
STEP 7/15
I washed the whole shrimp that I prepared on the side and pickled it in thick salt
STEP 8/15
We're going to make barbecue sauce while it's boiling I made the recipe version number one! And it's a sauce made based on 1 and 1/2 large back ribs! Sauce version 1: Steak sauce 4, pork cutlet sauce 4, hot sauce 2, red wine 2, oligosaccharide 2, cooking wine 2
If you don't have the sauce I suggested, please make the sauce version number two Sauce version 2: Pork cutlet sauce 4, ketchup 2, oligosaccharide 2, oyster sauce 1, cooking wine 2
STEP 9/15
It's boiled back ribs for about 30 minutes. Remove any impurities around the back ribs with your hands. Do not rinse with cold water The juices of the meat are gone and the texture of the meat is gone
STEP 10/15
I put a paper foil under the oven pan, put the grill on it, and put the back ribs on it!
STEP 11/15
I'm going to put on the barbecue sauce. And bake it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes Time doesn't matter Anyway, you have to cook the gun for 30 minutes and take it out from time to time so that the back ribs are delicious
STEP 12/15
Put the sauce on the grilled back ribs for about 10 minutes
STEP 13/15
This time, I added side shrimp! I baked it in the middle of the oven, and at the bottom I put the side pumpkin and buttered potatoes!
STEP 14/15
This is the grilled back ribs that came out for 10 minutes!
STEP 15/15
Okay, lastly, we're going to quenching I'm going to apply the sauce one more time and run towards the last 10 minutes~~
