When the hot water boils, add a spoonful of salt. Then add the garlic stems and bring to a boil for about 30 seconds. I tried it right away because I heard it's less spicy. If you boil it too much, it'll get crushed and it won't taste good, so just a little bit!

Red pepper powder 1, soy sauce 2, plum 2, vinegar 1, red pepper paste 2, starch syrup 2. If you like sour things, you can add more vinegar. If you like sweet things, add more sugar or starch syrup. The taste of red pepper paste and the spicy pepper powder are different, so even if you add the same amount, the taste may be different. Take that into consideration and adjust it slightly.
