And cut one squid into bite-size pieces, and remove the head, skin, and intestines of eight shrimps and season them with Cheongju 1 and a little salt. Squid looks pretty if you make a slight cut inside. Shrimps remove the intestines, and you can use a toothpick to squeeze out 2 bars of shrimp. Cut the back and remove the black threadlike internal organs. You can also prepare regular cocktail shrimp. You can also prepare other seafood such as clam meat or mussels.

Now put 4 cups of soaked rice in a pot and pour 3 cups of water. And put the seasoned seafood on top. And put a piece of kelp 10cm on top of it.

Then, put 3 handfuls of bean sprouts on the top, cover it, and boil it over high heat. Make sure you close the lid. Otherwise, it won't be cooked and the bean sprouts smell bad.

When it boils like this, boil it over high heat for another 3 minutes. Then lower the heat to low, simmer for another 10 minutes until the water is gone, turn off the heat, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. The rice is soaked, so it will be cooked quickly.

When the rice is sticky like this, mix the seafood and bean sprouts well with a spatula. Remove the kelp from the inside and mix. You can chop it into bite-size pieces and mix it together The seafood got cut on the rice, so it's delicious even if you just eat it

And there needs to be a sauce to mix, right? First, cut 1 Cheongyang chili pepper, 1 red chili pepper, 1/2 green onion into small pieces. Add 1/2 cup of thick soy sauce, 1 red pepper powder, 0.5 sesame oil, and 0.5 sesame seeds to make a sauce.
