Ingredients
  • Butter
    95g
  • Sugar
    45g
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Vanilla Extrack
    1/2ts
  • Soft flour
    110g
  • Baking powder
    3g
  • black tea
    3g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Gently dissolve the room temperature butter, add sugar, and mix well until the texture is gone. Beat the eggs and whip them 2-3 times. Add the varila extract and cream it enough,
STEP 2/5
Sift in the baking powder and earl grey.
STEP 3/5
Mix the dough well and pan it in a pan. It's not enough to put in two mini pound molds. You might think it's about one and a half portions... I think it'd be good to make a lot because it's twice as much as the recipe.
STEP 4/5
Bake in the preheating oven 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
STEP 5/5
Pound cake with a soft earl grey scent is complete!

I added canola oil instead of butter. I followed the recipe. There are two sizes in pounds. But next time, I'll put in 2g instead of 3g of baking powder. When you put in a lot of baking powder, you can smell it.
