Radish roll sushi
I used the leftover sprouts and stir-fried beef after making sprout bibimbap, and it tastes good even if you mix it with canned tuna mayonnaise. Since I'm satisfied with the five senses, I'll make mousse roll sushi, which is good for the invitation.

Cooking Steps

Mix the minced beef with the sauce above and let it marinate for a while.
