Fusion style royal tteokbokki
It is a special fusion royal tteokbokki with chicken breast instead of various vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, and beef. It's salty, sweet, and savory royal tteokbokki. When you are tired of red and spicy tteokbokki, it is perfect for nutritional snacks for young children and for entertaining guests.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, mix all the sauce ingredients such as soy sauce and oyster sauce to prepare the sauce. Dry shiitake is soaked in warm water. Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces. When tteokbokki rice cake is hard, blanch it in hot water and when it becomes soft, drain it and prepare it.
STEP 2/4
Grease a heated pan and stir-fry the remaining vegetables over high heat after removing the drained shiitake mushrooms and green onions. Add tteokbokki rice cake and stir-fry it until the outside is slightly yellowish. Add the pre-made sauce and stir-fry it well. (Try and season with soy sauce.)
STEP 3/4
If sauce and ingredients are mixed well, add green onions and stir-fry, then add chicken breast cans. Lastly, add sesame oil and make the scent.
STEP 4/4
Fusion style royal tteokbokki with chicken breast instead of beef is complete. It looks delicious, right? If you add Worcester sauce, the aftertaste is not greasy or dry, and it's clean. It's okay if you don't have it, but if you have it. The combination of soft-seasoned rice cakes, crunchy vegetables, chewy mushrooms, and soft chicken breasts goes well together.
