Making sorghum red bean rice cake

Boil the red beans and cook them by supplementing them if there is not enough water. How much red beans should be boiled? Boil the red beans until they are crushed.

For the boiled red beans, you need to throw away the boiled water, transfer it to a wide pan, stir-fry it, and blow away the remaining water. That's how you can make the thick red bean paste.

I mashed the red beans that flew with water with a bat to make junk, and then salt and sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste while tasting it.

When the red bean paste is finished, boil the sorghum dough afterwards. You should mix the sorghum dough when it's hot to coat it with red bean paste, so you shouldn't boil it in advance! Boil the sorghum dough in boiling water, and if the dough floats, it is cooked, so you can take it out.
STEP 8/8
Put the sifted dough right into the red bean paste you made and shake it to coat the whole thing once, then coat it with red bean paste one by one more carefully.
