First, the milk is frozen in a frozen container, which is cumbersome, and it would be much more convenient to freeze the whole milk pack and use it right away. It's viscous, so it doesn't come off easily. Frozen milk can be broken enough with a fork, so I strongly recommend freezing it in a milk pack!

Dissolve the frozen milk at room temperature for a while, remove it gently with a sharp point, transfer it to a container, and crush it finely by pressing it with a fork. Just in case it melts after crushing, transfer it to the freezer and prepare other ingredients.

Store the whipped cream in the refrigerator in a piping bag.

Mango, which is essential for mango shaved ice, can be cut like this, or peeled and cut into cubes.

Crush frozen milk into small pieces in ice cream container and place 2 scoops of mango ice cream in the middle gently.

And around the mango ice cream, put the square shape mango in a circle. If you shape it with whipped cream and sprinkle condensed milk, mango shaved ice is complete
