Remove the inside of ripe kimchi, cut it into bite-sized pieces, put it in a bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and mix it well. Cut the pork belly into appropriate sizes, put it in a bowl, and mix it evenly. Chop 1/2 onion.

Spread the ripe kimchi and pork belly on a wide pan and cook it sizzling over medium heat.
