Stir-fried pork belly with ripe kimchi
My restaurant's delicacy that I often make~ It's delicious to grill pork belly on a grill, and make it when I cut off the leftovers I ate stir-fried kimchi and pork belly. Yesterday's menu was Mulhyanggi's.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Remove the inside of ripe kimchi, cut it into bite-sized pieces, put it in a bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and mix it well. Cut the pork belly into appropriate sizes, put it in a bowl, and mix it evenly. Chop 1/2 onion.
STEP 2/3
Spread the ripe kimchi and pork belly on a wide pan and cook it sizzling over medium heat. If there's not enough water, it'll stick quickly, so add 3 to 5 tablespoons of water to the seasoned pork belly bowl and dilute it~Put sliced onions in the middle and stir-fry them evenly~When the pork belly is fully cooked, stir-fry until the remaining water disappears over high heat, sprinkle sesame seeds, mix, and turn off the heat.
STEP 3/3
Put it on a plate to look delicious, cut various vegetables, onions, green peppers, and garlic pieces, and add a slice of vegetables and ripened kimchi and eat it as a wrapI don't need the sauce. I eat stir-fried kimchi, two pork that wins over yellow dust, and when I eat like this, I add two leeks
