I prepared gat kimchi, onion salad, and green onion. It's not in the picture, but I prepared minced garlic, too. I'm going to neutralize the soup because it's a bit salty in the middleI prepared some tofu.
STEP 3/4
I put canola oil in a pot and stir-fry minced garlic first. When it smells good, I put in onion salad and stir-fry it with mustard kimchi. When the kimchi is fried to a certain extent, add a ladle of mustard kimchi soup, 2 cups of water, and cook it well over low heat.
STEP 4/4
When the gat kimchi is soft and well cooked, throw away all the canned saury soup and put it in the cooked gat kimchi. Add the saury and boil it until the kimchi seasoning is cut. I added tofu, pepper powder, a little bit of rice wine, and green onions.
