Today, I'm going to put on a light and soft tofu ice cream using tofu. You can think of tofu as a sweeter and softer taste.

Ingredients
  • Tofu
    200g
  • Milk
    200g
  • Sugar
    80g
  • whipped cream
    250g
  • an almond slice
    30g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut tofu in moderation and parboil it in hot water.
STEP 2/5
Put blanched tofu, milk, and sugar and grind them finely in a blender
STEP 3/5
Add cold whipped cream and almond slices and mix to complete the ice cream liquid. Looking at the picture, it's misleading that I didn't put almonds to grind, but I put them right here because I was lazy to mix them in a bowl;
STEP 4/5
Put the cold ice cream liquid in the ice cream maker, turn it, and when it freezes thickly, put it in a container and freeze it.
STEP 5/5
I think it'll be savory even if I put sesame seeds in it. If there are other nuts, you can put them in As I said above, tofu is colder and softer, and it has a sweet taste, so if you don't like tofu, you should avoid it.
Instead of soft tofu for reproduction, it's good to use a slightly hard tofu like a pancake
