Boiled shiitake mushrooms made with dried shiitake mushrooms
I made jangjorim with shiitake mushrooms, which are good for diet, because they are low in fat and rich in dietary fiber.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash shiitake mushrooms thoroughly and soak them in water to make shiitake mushroom broth.
STEP 2/7
While making the broth of shiitake mushrooms, mix 8T of soy sauce + 1T of sugar to make a paste.

Trim the garlic and vinegar, too.

Boil about 500ml of mushroom stock. When the water starts to boil, add the prepared soy sauce

Add the soaked shiitake mushrooms and boil it for about 5 minutes

For protein supplementation, put in the meat roe, and for spicy soy sauce stew, and boil it continuously.

When the sauce is boiled down to a certain extent, add garlic and boil it. When the taste of the sauce is properly soaked in the meatballs and shiitake mushrooms, turn off the heat and put it in a bowl.

It's not greasy or salty, but it has a clean and deep taste! Shiitake. I think the broth is a divine move^^ I put in 1 pepper instead of chili pepper to eat with my kid, but it was good^^ Thank you
