Radish rolled omelet
I sometimes raise sprouts at home. Musun grew up first, so I was thinking about what to make, and I made Musun egg roll. As soon as I got off work, I washed the rice, sat down, cut the radish sprouts, washed them, and beaten the eggs. You can make it simple with things you have at home, but the shape and taste will be great even if you put it on the customer's table.
