STEP 1/6
Gently beat butter at room temperature and cream with sugar.
STEP 2/6
Add the powder, add the egg and milk, and mix. Commercial doughnut powder can be purchased at large discount stores or bakery sites. If you don't have commercial doughnut powder, try kneading it by mixing half and half with glutinous rice flour and soft flour.
STEP 3/6
Mix with a spatula and knead with a little more milk if it seems too much. Store the dough in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes. If you knead it with glutinous rice flour, you need a lot of moisture, so I think you need more milk.
STEP 4/6
After applying a little oil to the pan, put the paper foil cut into 10cm squares, put a round tip in the squeezing bag, and then put the dough in and squeeze it into a circle. I made it pretty at first, but the size got bigger as time went by.
STEP 5/6
If you lift the paper foil and put the doughnut dough in the cooking oil that boiled at 180 degrees, only paper comes to come to mind Please take out the paper.
STEP 6/6
Drain the oil as shown in the picture and mix the milk or water in the sugar powder and dip it in the doughnut. It was fried and the shape changed as I wanted. Sugar powder is made by grinding sugar and starch in a mixer at a ratio of 9:1.Make various glaze and dip it in donuts.
If you don't have doughnut powder, try making it with 150g of soft flour, 50g of glutinous rice flour, and a teaspoon of baking powder.
