STEP 1/3
Cut the roots and wash them several times with water, put a little salt in boiling water, and blanch them slightly. When you think it's not cooked enough, turn off the heat, rinse it in water, and squeeze it with your hands. Don't twist it too much.
STEP 2/3
I don't use bean sprouts or tails. I just use them. Wash, blanch, rinse in cold water, and drain.
STEP 3/3
Add spinach, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic, and home soy sauce, mix gently, and finish with tonggae and sesame oil.
