Kimchi soft tofu stew
I'm craving something spicy, so I'm going to put on kimchi soft tofu stew today. What do I usually eat today? I think it'd be good to make it when you want to.

Ingredients
  • soft tofu
    400g
  • Kimchi
    3TS
  • Pork
    100g
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • egg
    1ea
  • anchovy broth
    3cup
  • ground pepper
    little
  • Cheongju
    1TS
  • Salt
    little
  • Red pepper powder
    3~4TS
  • Sesame oil
    2TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Mix the seasoning ingredients well and prepare. Grease a heated pot with cooking oil and stir-fry pork, pepper, and rice wine, then add kimchi and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
STEP 2/3
When the pork and kimchi are cooked, add the anchovy broth and boil it. When it boils up, add soft tofu and seasoning and boil it for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3/3
Add chopped onions and peppers and simmer for another 5 minutes, then add eggs and simmer for about 1 minute. I didn't have to add salt, but it was okay because there was kimchi in it, but since my taste is different, I'll adjust the seasoning according to my taste
