STEP 1/3
Mix the seasoning ingredients well and prepare. Grease a heated pot with cooking oil and stir-fry pork, pepper, and rice wine, then add kimchi and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
STEP 2/3
When the pork and kimchi are cooked, add the anchovy broth and boil it. When it boils up, add soft tofu and seasoning and boil it for about 5 minutes.
STEP 3/3
Add chopped onions and peppers and simmer for another 5 minutes, then add eggs and simmer for about 1 minute. I didn't have to add salt, but it was okay because there was kimchi in it, but since my taste is different, I'll adjust the seasoning according to my taste
