Italian Carbonara

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Boil water in a pot, remove from the heat, place a bowl on top of it, add cheese powder to the egg yolk, sprinkle salt and pepper, and mix well using a whisk.

While boiling spaghetti noodles, put olive oil in a pan, cut and stir-fry sliced garlic and pre-boiled spam ham.
STEP 3/4
When the spaghetti noodles are boiled, add the noodles and stir-fry them together, transfer them to a bowl with egg yolk sauce, and mix them quickly. If it is dry, add a little bit of spaghetti boiled noodle water.
STEP 4/4
Place carbonara in a bowl and grind parsley powder and pepper specifically and sprinkle over it.
If you use regular parmesan cheese powder instead of garlic parmesan cheese powder, add garlic separately. If it's spaghetti, think of it as one yolk for 100 grams. It is recommended to use eggs within 1-2 days of purchase.The egg yolk sauce can ripen, so you should not pour the sauce into the pasta noodles, but the pasta noodles into the pasta noodles.
