Making lemon juice
I bought a bag of lemon last week, but it's quite a lot. I've heard of lemon, so I like it a little heavy. If it's light, it's old. I decided to make lemon syrup for the summer with this lemon.

I put the lemon in the vinegar water for about 30 minutes.

Add an equivalent amount of sugar to the lemon.

Put on plastic gloves and flip it over.

Place the lemon in a sterilized bottle, top with sugar, and top with oligosaccharide. Close the lid and leave it outside for a day and keep it in the refrigerator for a whole year.
You have to clean lemon juice well because it's covered with the skin. If you leave it outside for about a day and keep it in the refrigerator, you can eat it all year round. Not only do you eat lemonade, but when you make soy sauce that you dip in fried food or jeon, the lemon scent is really good. Lemon tea is also good for colds.
