STEP 1/5
Cut the square fish cake into a long rectangular shape and wider than usual. Blanch the fish cake slightly in boiling water and rinse it in cold water.
STEP 2/5
Chop the onions, too. Slice carrots long and flat. Cut the green onions into long pieces to fit the overall shape.
STEP 3/5
Add the sauce and mix evenly to make it. Oyster sauce is made by aging oysters with Chinese spices, and if you add it to Korean food, it tastes deeper.
STEP 4/5
Add 1 tablespoon grape seed oil and half a tablespoon of minced garlic and stir-fry until golden. Be careful not to burn garlic at this time. Stir-fry carrots, the hardest ingredient. When the carrots are stir-fried, stir-fry the blanched fish cake and then add the onions. Then add the sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/5
When the seasoning is mixed evenly, add green onions and stir-fry. Lastly, you can add half a tablespoon of sesame oil and half a tablespoon of sesame seeds.
Blanch fish cake slightly in boiling water and rinse it slightly in cold water to remove moisture.
