Cut the potatoes in half because they are large, divide the carrots into three pieces, and wash the eggs lightly in cold water. Add 700ml of water (just enough to cover the ingredients slightly) and a tablespoon and a half of the flower salt. Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes.

When making sandwiches, I prefer one-day old bread to freshly baked bread. So when you buy bread at a bakery, buy one that's a day old. To make a UFO sandwich today, you have to microwave the bread slightly to make it moist, so two slices of bread stick well together.
