How to use leftover gimbap Gimbap Fried Rice
Today's breakfast and lunch menu is Gimbap Fried Rice. It's a menu that came out at Haetu Night Restaurant before, and if I put curry powder back then, I just put oyster sauce in it' Since I packed gimbap for two days in a row, I rarely ate cheap gimbap yesterday. It's a waste to just throw it away.. I made fried rice because I was tired of eating it in an egg as usual.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
I cut the kimbap into small pieces with scissors. If you stir-fry it as it is, the rice grains won't unravel, and only the ingredients come out and stir-fry.
STEP 2/3
Simply put 1 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry it so that it mixes well. If you have leftover kimbap, it would be great to use it like this.
STEP 3/3
You can put Gimbap Fried Rice in a bowl and eat it lightly with mayonnaise.
