First, wash your hands clean and prepare the necessary ingredients.

Cut the tomatoes in half and cut them into 2cm apart.

Cut beef sirloin into 2.5cm squares and mix with seasoning. Marinate sirloin with seasoning for 10 minutes. (room temperature)

Preheat the pan over high heat for 3 minutes and lower to medium heat after baking. Let both sides of the steak touch and cook for 3 minutes on each side. If you grill it like this, it's medium well done.

In the pan where the steak was baked, lightly roast the tomatoes in front/back.
If you use hamcho salt, the salty taste is not the same. I really recommend it for meat dishes. If you use it after marinade, the seasoning will be soaked properly, so you can succeed in making steak deliciously without any other seasoning.
