I added kelp, anchovies, green onion roots, onion skin to make broth.

Use bean sprouts after washing them clean. I'll use the roots, too It is said that the roots are rich in asparagine acid, which is good for hangover relief.

I put a handful of kimchi and bean sprouts in one bag.

Put kimchi in the broth and boil~~ I think kimchi has to be cooked well to have a deep taste.

Put about 1 ladle of kimchi soup in here. It's a big ladle, so I put in about this much. Add it according to the taste of kimchi.

Bring to a boil, add bean sprouts, close the pot, and bring to a boil. If you open the lid in the middle, it might smell fishy, so close the lid and boil it for 5 minutes ~

Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then open the lid and add tofu ~

Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and season the rest with salt.

Lastly, if you add a lot of peppers and green onions, it's done!
