Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
After the first fermentation, the dough is round and gas is removed.
STEP 2/5
Remove 1/3 of the first fermented dough and add about 15g of cocoa powder to make chocolate dough. Mix a little bit of water and knead while looking at the toughness, and ferment both doughs for about 10-15 minutes.

Push the two doughs together with a rolling pin according to the horizontal size of the pleated floor frame.
STEP 4/5
Roll it up and put it in a crease frame and ferment it in a warm place for a second time.

Bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheating oven at 180 degrees, and it's done!
