STEP 1/7
Cut pork into bite-size pieces, mix it evenly with salt and pepper in olive oil, then marinate pork for more than 30 minutes.
STEP 2/7
Cut onions, paprika, and bell peppers into bite-size pieces...
STEP 3/7
We also prepare the stir-fried sauce according to the recipe above.
STEP 4/7
Put the meat in a heated pan and don't turn it over often, but turn it over when it's cooked on one side and cook it.
STEP 5/7
When the pork is 90% cooked, add onions, paprika, and bell pepper and stir-fry it for about a minute... Add the sauce and stir-fry it quickly over high heat.
STEP 6/7
There's a bit of moisture in the process, so you can just eat it... If you make starch water and add about a tablespoon of it, it will hold moisture, turn glossy, and season well, so you can enjoy it more deliciously. And then, lastly, put a little bit of sesame oil...
STEP 7/7
The pork chop steak is done!
If you sprinkle salt on the pork right away when marinating meat, the gravy can be lost, so marinating the meat by making an oil sauce (2 tablespoons of olive oil, a little bit of salt, and a little pepper) and mixing it will make the meat soft.
Starch water is optional.
